We enjoyed an amazing few days in an incredibly beautiful home where we felt very relaxed. The kitchen/dining room was a great place to share a meal with ALL the family and there was something to do for all the family from my 3 year old nephew to my 82 year old mother. Loch Tay was at its best in the amazing weather and the surrounding mountainous views were simply stunning. The local amenities were surprisingly well stocked as was the house and the board games provided were a welcome source of fun in the evenings. The hot tub was also a winner with some of us spending lazy, late afternoons chilling.

Killin is a fantastic base for a family holiday. There is so much to do right from the house but its also a good base for the area. Loch Tay is beautiful for swimming and kayaking and there are many walks in the sureounding area. Cafes and restaurants are plentiful. The Co-op is large and only a few minutes away if you need supplies. There is a play park a few minutes away which requires no road crossing. There were beautiful walks from the house. The house accommodated 18 of us easily. It is very clean but not newly decorated which is fairly reflected in its price and means you dont need to worry so much about walls and floors with a large group with pets and children. The house is very well stocked and cooking for all of us each night was easy. The hot tub is a great bonus. There are beautiful views in every direction. The host was responsive when messaged and the house is easy to locate and access. I would highly recommend for large groups looking for a good central base.

Great place, much bigger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen and dining facilities are fantastic if you’re cooking for a big group. Hosts were very contactable and happy to help. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely family get together and the house was perefct. We had a 1 year old up to a 72 year old in our group and the house was perefct for everyone. It was great to have a ground floor room and bathroom downstairs as well. Also having 5 bathrooms in the house was so good and all the bedrooms were a great size with very comfortable beds. Having the option of having each room as either a super king or 2 singles was a great added bonus. The town of Killin is beautiful and we had the best time. We will definitely be back.
