The house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, the pub next door is very friendly and the price for 6 people is reasonable. There is a lot of damage in the house - the front door has tape covering a large gap, the patio doors from the kitchen are tied shut (both of these are mentioned in months old reviews), its a nice house but in a poor state. Also no hot water for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay. Unfortunately cant recommend staying here

Stayed here with 4 other contractors whilst we were working on a job in the area. Great pad, clean, very spacious with lots of parking for our vans. There’s a pub next door too which was also a bonus. Shame we were only working in the area for a week because we would have defo stayed here longer

Quite a few marks on the walls and ceilings, broken vents, holes in the wall, loose door handles and toilet roll holders, a gap in the woodwork on the front door and patio doors held closed with a rope (which the host says is not considered to be a fire exit). Wouldn't stay again.

it was great to stay at Andrews house, warm ,spacious and had everything 4 families getting together needed for Twixtmas celebrations. Andrew had even decorated the lounge for our arrival. it couldn't have been better. There is a pub next door but even on New Year's eve, there was no noise. We found two dog walks to do from the house too. It was great to find a host who understood that hosting in a big house may well.mean different families with lots of children and some dogs too. We will go back! Thanks Andrew!

The home was lovely very spacious and good to entertain there was a pub next door which was lovely as well and locals very friendly especially the both your furry friends. Andrew was a great host nothing was a problem would definitely recommend and go again
