Jodi’s location was truly perfect for our long weekend attending Henley Royal Regatta. The home had the perfect number of bedrooms and we were all really comfortable. We know Reading from studying there in the past so really enjoyed being able to go into town and see all the new dining options. Super easy to also get the fast train to London from Reading station too. Jodi’s communication was excellent and I really liked the website and pre-checkin sites as well. As soon as I booked a couple months before our trip, I was able to provide all of my pre-check-in info. Jodi provided all check-info ahead of our arrival as well which was really appreciated. The Kebab shop across the road was awesome! The lovely couple there made us one of the best meals we have had — highly recommend grabbing food to go from there if you stay. I also really appreciated the corner shop and nearby Tesco Express for easy supply shopping.

When I saw the photos, I thought it would be okay, but the outside garbage bin was full of trash, and the bedroom downstairs was full of ants. I quickly bought and sprayed ant repellent, but I was worried that my young friends would be bitten by the ants that reappeared. And the garden was not maintained at all, so the grass was growing abundantly. The fence was low, and the neighbor hung laundry on the fence, so I was taken aback. The kitchen utensils were so worn out that they were almost unusable, so I had to borrow them from a friend who lives nearby to cook. The accommodation was not ready to welcome guests, and there were many areas for improvement for other guests. And it was strange and puzzling that I could only receive the address for check-in after filling out a separate check-in form for the £200 deposit along with the £37 that I couldn't get back through the link sent separately. Nevertheless, every time I reported an inconvenience, Jodi responded kindly and tried to resolve it, so I was grateful for that. I hope that we can prepare it a little better so that it becomes a place that many people like and enjoy staying at.

Highly recommend staying at Jodi's place. We had a great stay. Jodi was great with communication and helped with all our needs.

We have enjoy the stay before and we decide to book again.
