Great, will stay again

Guests do not have direct control over the heating. The wall thermostat is intentionally disabled, and the temperature is controlled entirely remotely by the property manager. The house was quite cold when we arrived, and having to request property manager for basic comfort. While the amenities exist, the preparation for our arrival was lacking. Bath towels were not set out; we had to message the host late at night and eventually found them left in the utility room dryer. Additionally, the provided cooking pans were in such poor condition that they were unusable. The host was responsive and ordered replacements, but unfortunately, they did not arrive until after we had checked out.On our final night, a strong sewage odor emanated from the attached bathrooms on the top two floors, making those areas highly unpleasant. When we raised these inconveniences with the management company, they refused a reasonable payout and was trying an up selling strategy.

Host was responsive and communicated well. The place is quite big and there is ample on street parking with a Nisa local opposite. Location is great too to get to areas around the Lake District. (Some travel obviously required). The only thing was cleanliness was not the best all over, but I passed this on to the host. Hopefully it was a one off. However, if you’re looking to stay somewhere I would recommend here.
