This place was exactly what we were looking for. The back yard was peaceful and relaxing. Loved the pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time outside, although the beds were really comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen was really clean and the rainfall shower felt really good! We used the bbq almost every night. The dining room was really bright and the living room was comfy.

Great space ! Quiet neighborhood and perfect place for our family.

House was ok. Our bedding was dirty with black human and animal hair on it and host asked us to wash it as there was no extra comforters. They didn’t have any laundry detergent so we had to go and buy some to wash our bedding. Not something we wanted to do upon arrival. Hot tub was so dirty and unusable. Pool wasn’t clean either. He did have someone come out the next day and the pool guy said it was “gnarly” and not to use it for another day. We couldn’t get over how dirty it initially was so we never used it. The cover is all tattered. The pool is old and tired. The backyard is all weeds and not kept up. Grill was gross. No Extra toilet paper or paper towels. He had some delivered after inquiry. The house itself is ok in a pinch but has bare minimums at that. We always had people blocking the driveway that we had to back out around them, barely getting by. We think it’s overpriced for what you get. Location was fine. Host did let me go back in for something we forgot there.

They were so accommodating and let us check in early. House was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. Communication was great, we would book with them again!

It was very expensive for broken furniture, hot tub did not heat up, and sprinklers flooded the back yard.
