We had such a lovely stay and a fantastic holiday! The house was absolutely perfect for us and had everything we could possibly need. It was comfortable, welcoming and a great base for exploring the area. Sarah was brilliant from start to finish — so helpful, friendly and informative. What a super place and a great holiday. From start to finish Sarah was an incredible host and the house was everything we could have wanted and needed. Very short walk to the beach and town. I think you know you have found the perfect place when you message to ask if we can return and also where items are from as you want them at home. We will definitely be returning! We loved staying at Sarah’s place. The house was very clean and exactly same as in the photos. Sarah was there to greet us when we arrived and was very responsive to any queries we had during our stay. She has also send us a list with things to do and places to eat. The location itself is perfect and very quiet too although we were close by to High Street and having Tesco’s around the corner was handy. The are couple of beaches walking distance from the house too. We would definitely stay there again.

House was beautifully furnished with everything to a high spec. Very clean and tidy, with everything you could need.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as it was in the photos. Immaculate, clean, spacious, great location and Sarah was a fantastic host and so helpful. We couldn't ask for more. We loved the pool table it was very entertaining. The location was perfect as walking distance to town, beach and our fav restaurant. We will def return. Highly recommend.

Sarah is an amazing host. From the day we booked the lovely home to the day we vacated. We loved it sooo much and felt sad leaving Newquay. It was our first visit to Newquay and our first proper holiday since my cancer diagnosis, was worth every single penny. We can’t thank Sarah enough for hosting us, and would love to return again in the near future. My family were so happy here and it felt like home from home. The property was spotless clean, all facilities available. We enjoyed nights out as well as playing games at the home. Thank you, and hopefully we will be back again some time soon!
