Host was not picking up calls, had a little delay to check in.

As a regular user of airbnb's for my employees we have high standards for booking accommodation to ensure they stay in a home from home when they are working long hours and being away from their families. This is reflected in our feedback from many stays all over the UK. This house had not been cleaned - kitchen was filthy, bins full of rubbish, all beds had clearly been slept in with hairs visible too. Our employee did not stay at the property - I contacted the host within an hour of check in to say the key had been replaced in the lock box and our employee would not be staying as I would find alternative accommodation. The host seemed shocked, he did not offer to rectify but said if I cancelled I would be refunded for the full stay.

We booked in last minute, host was really accommodating of this and responsive to last minute request. The property was spacious, modern and super clean. Everything was ready when we arrived and we enjoyed a really comfortable stay. Thank you! Would 100% stay again!
