Nice quiet area, felt safe and we managed to park Comfortable beds and lounge suite Two loos is always a good thing Nicely decorated Excellent for access to Exeter. Perfect for our needs. PoGo EV charging station nearby was good. We were happy with our stay If you like a big fluffy bath towel, it's probably worth taking your own as the ones supplied were "adequate". On a personal note I really didn't like the identity verification process and having to give so much information and being pressured to buy a damage waiver. Communication was a little over the top and frequent. Some looked AI generated.

Lovely house, clean, great position and convenient for everything in the city centre. Great to walk from the house along the river and only took around 20/25 minutes to get to the centre. Very comfortable beds also. Would highly recommend and stay again ✅

The house is very clean and perfect for what we needed. There is plenty of room for 5 people and the bed are soooo comfortable. There are bus stops near by to get to town if need be. But everything is very close by to drive. Would definitely recommend!
