We had a great stay at Ian and Emily's apartment. Very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect, so close to the quay, shops, playground and public transport. We walked to most places. Check in was smooth and the hosts were very responsive. We'd definitely stay again when we're next in Exeter!

Property worn out. Mold in washing machine, can't be used due to health risks. Day before arrival they asked for extra fees which never been mentioned before. All together very bad memories.

The accomadation was lovely especially the bath with the jets & t.v, it had ammenities near & the town, easy to find. The communication from the host was great but had issues with the safe guest check in i could not complete the in time photo that was needed as my phone & other devices could not connect to the browser needed to do the photo. The majority of the house was clean but we did find some food under the furniture & the dishwasher had a horrible smell and the food residue in the filter.

Beds were comfy and clean , rooms a good size. Plenty of hot water with power shower, but hand held shower head not working. Kitchen table nearly falling apart, and not easy to seat 3 people also kitchen chairs very tatty. Front and back gardens weedy and back garden unappealing . Cutlery and crockery needs updating. Whole place needs a coat of paint. Hosts were always responsive to our requests. We stayed for 2 weeks but were left with insufficient supplies until we asked . An attention to detail cleaning, and a few hundred quid could lift this place and make the stay more enjoyable. Noisy workshop across the street along with the noisy car wash , however most days we were up and about before the noise started. Own parking spot was a bonus with this property.

it was a lovely stay and the host was communicative, helpful and friendly. The location is great with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Safe and tranquil neighbourhood.
