Syed's place was as described, my colleagues stayed there for the week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything they needed!

Great option when visiting London. Train station is 12 minutes away by foot, and you can be in London is less that 40 minutes if you choose the right line. Host is responsive and flexible. Quiet neighborhood, with mild climbs if you wish to work around. Great option to visit the area.

Nice spacious flat and clean. It would be better if the garden was looked after i.e the grass cut -even though we did not use the garden but having big windows facing the garden means it needs a little bit tlc. But I cant really downgrade the flat because of the garden as we had a lovely stay

To improve, chairs and a comfortable sofa would have been needed. On the garden side, a table and chairs should be placed, and the lawn should be mowed. On the kitchen side, there is a lack of dishes for the oven and a salad bowl.

The property was adequate for a short stay, but there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen facilities were quite limited, and there was no dishwasher available. The bed was not very sturdy and felt wobbly, which affected comfort. During the summer months, the lack of a fan made the room quite warm. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these areas could be improved to provide a better guest experience.
