The flat is nice. 2 rooms, 1 double, 1 twin which a couple put together. 2 double sofabeds in lounge with dining table. Towels provided & nicely presented. Some Games available … nice. Only 1 fan. Could have done with 1 in each room. Obviously not always required by summer 2026 definitely would help so a shame they didn’t think of that for their guests. We arrived gone midnight so were only there to sleep. Checkout 11am so it’s difficult to arrive at good value though of course if 8 adults splitting then it’s great value, but for poor old dad paying for 5… No hot water & as we were in late I only discovered this at 6-7am in the morning. I tried to work it out but couldn’t & couldn’t see instructions in the flat or online. Wife & I left at 7.30am ish. I contacted the company but didn’t see their response til much later which didn’t provide instructions. I was off enjoying the beach hut & coffee! Kids left at 11am upset re no showers. Food in freezer. Couple of marks & skirting out

Kayleigh was brilliant with fast and informative communications. The place is so well situated to the beach, park and shops. It is clean and the beds really comfortable. The kitchen is sparse on cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower curtain as its door. There is parking on the street or on near by roads. I would certainly recommend this place as I think it is well priced. And having Kayleigh answering my messages so fast was such a plus. I would book it again as it was perfect for a family holiday .

The location is perfect and close to restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly the beach. The accomodation is very spacious and was very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
