Centrally located, the flat was fine for our short stay, but it is on the ground floor with the living room looking out on the main road, so passers by could peer in, so not much privacy. The living area itself is a small open plan kitchen cum living room, with not much in the way of amenities, e.g. no coffee machine, no ice box in the fridge, limited utensils, etc. Generally not as much space as we were expecting. The two bedrooms are fine, if somewhat bland (no bedside lights). The bathroom is of decent quality with a good powerful shower.

Would not recommend the sofa bed to sleep on. Not comfortable, stains and crumbs all over it and also if you lay to one side the sofa bed tipped over. Also did not like how the ring doorbell was inside the property. Felt like you were being watched or listened too.

Great location, easy to walk to beach front. Easy and straightforward apartment. Hosts were communicative and I never had to ask.

Had a great weekend stay in Brighton. Properly same as described and was in a very convenient area in town. Can recommend staying at this property.
