I would not recommend booking this Air BnB for the following reasons. 1) mould downstair and damp marks on walls/ceilings. 2) bath leak which then leaked down the living room wall. Whilst Toast Stays came and resealed the bath, you couldn’t use more than 1 tap at the same as another or the shower. The shower also was very hard to balance between scalding hot or freezing cold water with poor water pressure. 3) Paint flaking off walls and this got onto my clothes so had to wash them twice. 4) limited kitchen equipment to actually cook - this also includes a frying pan that wouldn’t heat up on the hob and the only casserole dish had large cracks in it making it unusable. 5) lots of dust inc. on the curtains and bathroom extractor fan and food wrappers left in drawers from previous guests. 6) Decor very tired overall and old rusted toilet brush which was then spread on the floor as well. 7) N cleaning products or anything at all not even toilet bleach. Just fairy liquid. Save your £!

I wasn't going to write a poor review as I hate publicy announcing my disatifaction but I have privately messaged with no reponse. Overall we had a lovely stay but there were a few issues. Firstly, was given the address (assumed it was a house name as no number given) arrived to find it was the name of the street, with no house number and not being told the safe was in the back garden I had to wait for a reponse to get the instructions, dread to think if it had been midnight when we arrived. Cooking pans too small for homecooking for 4, no toilet roll in downstairs toilet. No mirror near a plug for getting ready, just a small one above sink in bathroom. States pet friendly but no secure garden. I always strip the beds and clean before leaving and when I stripped the bed I found the mattress to be full of stains and marks which was unacceptable and disgusting. Overall, good location, was quiet and had 90% of what we needed but the mattress needs replacing and some finishing touches
