Had a great stay here , we came up for Radio Ines Big weekend from Bournemouth. The place was really comfortable and just everything that we needed , we felt really at home. The bed was super comfy . Uber distance ride about 5 minutes away from Herring ton park. We found a great pub called the Prospect, who were really friendly and welcoming and the food was lovely too ! All together had a great trip. Asda Petrol station 2 min walk across the road , also an Aldi right on the round about 3 minute drive . All really convenient and exactly what we were looking for! It made a great weekend extra special. Many thanks ! Would defo book again .

Stayed for a few days for a wedding and was a great base to get in the centre of Washington and then into Seaham. Great space and had everything you needed. It is very close to the highway so if you do open the windows you will hear the roads.

The room is well equipped and the Host's service is timely.

beautiful property very well maintained and abundance of parking which really helped. the edition of a left in the property did make it so much easier being on the fourth floor.
