Nice little apartment, first floor flat with stairs that are very steep, I think this should be highlighted more. The TV in the living room doesn’t work at all. It’s right on the highstreet and with the temperature recently windows had to be open 24/7 and therefore very noisy but can’t be helped. The bed is on wheels on a wooden floor so moves when you try to sit on it or even move in your sleep a rug could help like in the second bedroom. Area is very nice with plenty of things going on.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea with everything on your doorstep. The old town, seafront, and local restaurants are all within easy reach, making it ideal for exploring the area. Having dedicated parking was a real bonus and made the whole stay so much more relaxed. The property itself has clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard — everything felt fresh, modern, and well thought out. It was also incredibly comfortable throughout, exactly what you want after a day out. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was exactly what I needed. I often visit Leigh-on-Sea for work and find it difficult to find places with parking, I’m so glad I found Becky’s place- the Captain’s Quarters it was everything I needed to feel at home. Becky was warm and the perfect host, and the Wi-Fi was perfect and exactly what I needed to catch up on work. I would 100% recommend this place and Becky as a host! 5 stars
