First, the host was responsive whenever I communicated and the place was easy to find with clear instructions. However, Upon arrival, the bathroom was not the cleanest. The place needs maintenance as the shower drain was clogging whenever we would take a shower. We also barely watched the living room TV since the TV was frequently hanging whenever we would try to watch something. The host was responsive on these issues as stated and I hope It was fixed for the next guest

We had a pleasant stay overall. The property was nice, tidy, and both the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. There were just a couple of small issues… we did notice a hair in the bed and another on one of the towels. The bedroom was also quite noisy due to traffic, possibly because the windows aren’t double glazed, as it was noticeably quieter in the kitchen. I’d recommend future guests bring earplugs if they’re sensitive to noise. It would also be a great addition to have tea and coffee making facilities provided, including milk, for a more comfortable stay. One thing to note is that the listing mentions free on-street parking, but it’s a 7 min walk, so it may be worth updating this detail. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay again, and we hope this feedback is helpful.

The flat was super cute and felt cosy. When you walk in to the flat itself, you can tell that the host thought of everything and really cares about you. Would definitely stay again next time I'm visiting birmingham
