The property was easy to find and well-located in central Birmingham. The listing pictures are pretty accurate and, for a short weekend stay, was cost effective. We had a few issues with our stay, for example, one of the sofas was broken and couldn't be sat on, there were light bulbs missing from lamps, and towels were only provided for 4 of the 6 members of our group (extra towels were provided a day later but it was annoying to have to request them). The main issue was having to put down a £350 security deposit - this is written in the listing but is one of the final bullets point beyond a 'see more' click that we easily overlooked. It made the stay much more tense as we were very aware that £350 was effectively 'on the line' and so we felt like we had to document every little thing.

Daisy was very proactive and quick to respond throughout our stay. The property was excellent and in a perfect location. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would happily book again when visiting Birmingham.

We booked this air BnB 20 minutes before check in, the host was extremely helpful and gave very fast replies - very good customer service as they were very friendly too! The flat was lovely, easy to find and very clean! Overall a very lovely experience and 10/10 would recommend

We had a lovely stay. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, making the whole experience easy and stress free. The place was cosy and the beds were all very comfy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend.
