really lovely property in a great private location, but so close to all amenities. lots of lovely ships and restaurants within walking distance. perfect for out stay. the property was clean and tidy when we arrived, and kitchen was pretty well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Good size townhouse in the centre of Leamington Spa. Easy parking and check in check out. Good size kitchen and amenities provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a little basic and there are a lot of damp stains on the ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms, but perfectly clean.

Great place for a weekend catch up for 3 friends. The place was very spacious for 3 of us. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location, with shops, restaurants and parks all in easy walking ddistance. Would definitely return.
