I stayed with my three children and they absolutely loved the place, and wanted to stay longer, sadly the weather wasn’t on our side, but with a good WiFi connection and smart tv, we had some games and movie days. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy. Only thing that was tricky was the front door, but was probably me not giving it a big enough push! Would definitely stay again and hope for better weather

We stayed here with a 5yr old and 1yr old crawler, and Andy's place was perfect and spotless. (not essentially baby friendly, but his advert never claimed to be - we were able to manage the place accordingly) He was incredibly fast with communication and made our stay perfect and even managed to accommodate to a slightly later check out (thanks to an unpredictable 1yr old).

As always Andy’s place was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a few days away, this place is my go to now when I’m in the area with everything you need within 2 miles, the beach, town center, big chain super markets and lots of good eating places, we had a lovely stay as always, thanks

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and great communication from Andy, who was warm, welcoming, and responsive. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The location was ideal - peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive to supermarkets, places to eat and the beach. There was plenty of parking and the security cameras surrounding the property gave us that extra peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place that combines convenience, comfort, and character so perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay in Harwich. Thank you again, Andy, for such a wonderful experience!

Perfect apartment for our couple of nights away. Nice furnishings, great linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Within walking distance of the beach and town. Plenty of food places nearby. Thoroughly recommend.
