hot water didnt work and when asked to sort it someone kept saying they would call back and sort it but never did. unacceptable but didnt even bother to check if I was ok

Very modern & spacious with all amenities you need. Location was great if you want to be in the centre of Wantage with easy access to pubs & restaurants . James was very quick to respond to my couple of questions, kind & helpful. I would definitely stay again . Thank you
