The original apartment booked and paid for was changed at the very last minute. The replacement apartment was spacious and looked presentable. However the reality of staying at the place fell short of expectations. Firstly, the house key lock was difficult to open with code given resulting in me calling the host for resolution. None of the bedroom heaters were working during our stay so the rooms were very cold and uncomfortable. The water was lukewarm at best throughout my stay and it ran cold after one bowls worth of hot water. The shower in the bathroom was shuffling between hot and cold. The drainage of the bathtub was very poor and the water took forever to drain. The property looked good in photos but was genuinely very uncomfortable to stay in. I would not be returning or recommend until all the issues are resolved
