Best stay and for a great price, Tate was very helpful and the house was very nice. The only thing I’ll say is for the summer maybe some chairs or a nicer yard space. I would definitely book here again

Thank you so much for the space! The place was spotless, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, they were responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. It was in great condition and we really appreciated the flexibility and although we were only there for a few hours we would have loved to stay the night. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very last minute and Tate accommodated us perfectly. He was very flexible and kind from the moment I reached out. Me and the family had a great stay. Everything was convenient and felt easy throughout. The central location is great too, we were able to get a Metro straight into Newcastle after checking out. Great location, clean, and responsive host. I look forward to future stays here - maybe not so last minute next time :) Thanks!
