So there are issues with the house, not enough towels and then only hand towels upon arrival for all but 1 person who got a bath towel, even that was small. Offer to deliver correct number and size was made, but this shouldn't have occurred. Floors in the kitchen are lifting and a trip hazard, prone screw heads on the carpet transition strip up stairs, tears socks and cuts feet. The chairs in the kitchen are flimsy and cheap, we are not fat and these were not adequately stable. Sofa(bed) in the living room has no bottom sheet provided and is not clean, living room door doesn't shut properly Toilet in bathroom is so close to wall you have to sit diagonally, toilet seat is also twisted due to this. Bathroom door doesn't lock Mattress in double room is cheap and uncomfortable with springs pushing into body. Door does not shut properly Garden lacks any maintenance, Bins have no sorting information. No washing up sponge provided. Communication was very good, but various faults let it down

Very easy check in and Sophie was really helpful when I needed to add my 2 dogs to the booking at the last minute. The house was clean and comfortable with most things you would need for a short stay. The listing did say towels would be provided, however the ones supplied were tiny and would only be useful for a small child or to wrap your hair in. We had to go out to Asda and buy some bath towels for showering. My main disappointment was the garden. It was very overgrown, with rubbish and old socks etc left all around. The weather was in the 30° but we were unable to sit outside which was really hard because the house was very hot. Overall the experience of staying was fine which is why I have given it a rating of Okay and 3 stars.

Lovely house, great location near a pub and shops

The place is perfect for a small group. It is very clean and has all of the utilities that you may need. The beds were very comfortable. Everything in the listing is very accurate! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!
