Great stay! The place was exactly as described, very clean, and well organised. Clear instructions and a smooth, easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was somewhat disappointing with the back door left wide open upon arrival and a chocolate egg located in the main bedroom. With the property being dog friendly, this concerned me. The place itself is definitely well worn and could do with more than a freshen up. It was spacious for a small group, quiet area and ideal parking right outside. The start to our stay was not great however Sophie was responsive via message.

Lovely place for a family. Sophie was also very responsive and great with communication.

We enjoyed our stay at Sophie's residence. The rooms were spacious and matched our expectations from the photos. The residence is also on a quiet and pretty street which we are all happy to see. We did run into some maintenance issues. The thermostat and remote batteries were flat when we got there, the lightbulbs in the living room also need replacing. This was a little surprising after paying the £25 damage waiver fee. The sofa bed had some stains and unfortunately there wasn't proper bedding for it kept aside. However Sophie was very pleasant, easy to reach and helpful throughout our stay. I think we may have been the exception with our experience as Sophie was quick to respond and let us know she'll have these things remedied for the next visit.

I booked for my colleague working away, the house was perfect for their needs, quiet with parking. Great host, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
