The property is in an excellent location, exactly as expected. Jeevan was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and exceptionally quick to answer any questions. Had a week at Jeevan’s flat and it was exactly as described. Very short walk to Brindleyplace and right next to the arena. Jeevan and Ajay both responded very quickly and helpfully and I would be very happy to recommend a stay here and would happily stay there again, thank you

The place was beautiful, excellent value for money!

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you would need. I liked the extra touches of beautifully folded towels (the face& hand towels too), throws on the sofa, spices and cooking oil in the kitchen and lovely smelling soaps & shampoo. Host reached out to see if everything was alright the first evening. Great location if you are going to a concert which was literally next door and it’s a pleasant walk along the canal to downtown. I would come back again.

Stayed at apartment for a concert at the Utilita. Was minutes walking distance. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Bed also comfortable. Very ideal for party up to 6! Host was great with communication! Would definitely recommend 🙂
