Great stay. Pre paid deposit of £40 to ensure no further payments were needed incase of an issue. Great place and great host

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The property was not as advertised, was poorly maintained, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. After submitting evidence to Airbnb and having my concerns validated, the host threatened us to leave, which made the situation feel unsafe and extremely unprofessional. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this property.

My colleagues and I had a lovely stay, it was just what we needed whilst we were in Birmingham.

property was clean and lovely perfect location will be booking again.

Overall, the stay was great. The only two issues we experienced were: The TV was not fixed to the wall professionally, and unfortunately, it fell during our stay. The bin outside the property had not been collected, which made the entrance area quite messy. Aside from these issues, everything else was very pleasant. Thank you.
