We’ve just got back from a wonderful stay at this beautiful,homey,coy stay in Leicester. We was there for two night and never felt more at home. The rooms were spacious, so was the kitchens and front room. It was really close to the town center too which was a bonus. The host was great and really helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside I’ll say is that I could have been a tad more cleaner and the light bulbs needed changing. But I still will recommend to stay here. Thanks again

As a Latvian folkgroup performing in Leicester we needed a place that would accomodate all 8 of us, but not to far away from the venue. The house was easy to find and all instructions were clear. It was also in easy walking distance and we found restaurants nearby for our meals.

The apartment itself was clean, decent, and in a good location. Overall the stay was okay, but unfortunately the communication with the host caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Before our stay, we were asked to pay a deposit outside of Airbnb, which is against Airbnb guidelines and made us uncomfortable. After paying, we were sent incorrect check-in instructions — twice. Shortly before check-in, we had to manually search online to find the property’s contact details ourselves. There was also confusion around timings: the listing stated check-in was at 3pm, but we were told 3:30pm in messages, and the checkout time was changed from 11am to 10:30am at very short notice. The listing also advertised free on-site and on-street parking, which wasn’t accurate. We had to pay to park at a nearby NCP car park instead. On a positive note, the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable, although the beds were quite hard for our personal preference, so something to keep in mind when booking.
