We were two families staying at the property for a week. Excellent location to explore Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. There is a driveway with ample parking for a few cars. Communication with the owner, Alan, was great.

The property was spotlessly clean and is in a nice area. We had no issues with noise, traffic throughout our stay.

This was our second time staying here, absolutely love our stays at this property, feels like a home from home. Comfortable and has everything needed. Nice short walk to the station to get the the NEC and to local shops.

The house was a cozy place for us to spend New Year's week and spend time with our local family. The eat in kitchen and separate dining room worked out perfectly for us to be able to enjoy family meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the modern heating system and the fireplace in the living room during the frigid weather. For us, minor downside was just the feeling that this is a rental, not a family home. Aspects of this are the kitchen having only the most basic of supplies. Huge "No smoking" signs and some visible advertising materials for the rental company. Lighting in some of the areas using bright white LED bulbs that made it have a clinical feeling. No dresser drawers in the primary bedroom. Nonetheless, we would be happy to rent this home again. Overall it was very comfortable and we feel grateful for the kind hosting provided by Alan of Cozy homes.
