Ideal location for Kynren , walkable to shuttle bus. Quiet street , easy to park However, cleanliness of the property let it down. Unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in , dirty inside particularly the kitchen. Bathroom and bedrooms were ok , general lack of attention to detail , such as dust and grime , mirrors not cleaned etc. stained seating covered with blankets. Not enough cutlery for up to 7 guests , only 3 forks and glasses , which were dirty . Ok for one night due to convenience for Kynren. Not worth what we paid , wouldn’t book again .

We had a very enjoyable short stay in Sarah's home. It was more spacious than we expected and came with a good range of utilities, and was very close to the event we came for.

This place is absolutely disgustingly filthy, every touchable area or surface was filthy, after a long drive we walked into a hovel. Filth and stains all over the soft furnishings and the carpets was black with dirt noticeable foul odour throughout. Unliveable. An absolute crime to be rented out atall in the condition itis. Food stains all over. All kitchen appliances was filthy looked like hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I left and got a full refund for the booking.
