No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties or events: our homes are in residential streets. Pets only where the listing says they're welcome: up to 2 pets, with a pet fee. Ask us first: we confirm in writing before you arrive. Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm. Everyone staying must be on the booking, and no more guests than it says. No illegal activities, and no commercial use, filming or subletting. The lead guest must be 18 or over, and is responsible for any damage during the stay. Extra cleaning or damage is charged. Please give us the lead guest's phone number and email address. Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean, which is required and charged. Tell us straight away about anything broken, so we can fix it. Before you leave: close the windows, leave used towels on the bathroom floor, put rubbish in the bins provided, and lock up and return the keys as your check-out instructions say. Pets: Allowed, £39.99 a pet.
