The property was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the level of customer service. During my stay, my work circumstances changed unexpectedly, meaning I no longer needed the extension I had booked. Although the additional nights were non-refundable, the team took the time to speak with management and kindly approved my refund request as a gesture of goodwill.
