Overall we enjoyed our stay, there was a couple of small issues such as only one wine glasses between 4 adults, no dishcloth for wiping down surfaces ,no kitchen roll,only 4 toilet rolls between 5 people and the bathroom lock was broken.

We were disappointed with this stay, especially for £138 a night. Before check-in we were repeatedly asked to use the host’s own portal and either pay a £15 damage waiver or sign an external liability agreement before receiving the property details. The property was tired and poorly maintained, with dripping taps, a broken bathroom extractor fan, a loose bath panel, doors that didn’t shut properly, peeling wallpaper, missing window locks and drawer knobs missing in the children’s room, leaving screws exposed. It also wasn’t very clean, with mould around the shower, a dirty toilet, TV and mirror, plus untidy front and back gardens with rubbish and debris. The coffee machine had no pods, there was only one wine glass, no cleaning cloths, and the complimentary jam and butter mentioned in the listing weren’t provided. On a positive note, the host responded to messages and our child enjoyed the children’s books. Overall, this wasn’t the standard or value we expected.

nice place for my visit and great hosts

We had a lovely stay as this place. The kids really enjoyed themselves as there was lots of entertainment for them. We will definitely be back if we come back to the area.
