We had a few issues during our stay, but I have to say that the host was absolutely brilliant in the way he dealt with them. He came over personally and did everything he possibly could to resolve things for us, and we really appreciated his help and understanding. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a good experience. While there were a few things that could perhaps be improved with the property ( he has since taken the time to make these improvements), our experience with the host himself was excellent. He was friendly, approachable and very responsive throughout. I’m very grateful for the way he handled everything and wouldn’t hesitate to say that he did his very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding - it really was appreciated.

We had a lovely stay — the space was exceptionally cosy, spotless throughout. We would gladly return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting nearby 😊
