The Annex is gorgeous, no doubt about that; but it's the location on this one that's the thing. Down a quiet private road, in a gated drive, with a gate out onto the common just a few hundred yards away and only the sound of the owls in the evening if you have the windows open...perfect.

Had A lovely weekend stay at the annexe Everything was absolutely spotless, stunning & private and everything you could ever want or need. The local area was fantastic (loved the cows and horses on the road) The standard was the best we had ever stayed in, and the lovely Emma & Phil made sure our stay was perfect. Beautiful property and a fantastic few nights stay - accurately described and pictures don't do it justice, it is better in person! Everything is very high quality and done to a very high standard. I had the best night sleep i think i've ever had! Such a lovely property in stunning surroundings.
