The kitchen wasn't clean, the oven and extractor fan had clearly not been cleaned. The front wrapping of the cupboards was coming off, as was one of the drawer handles, and the seal around the freezer was mouldy. We didn't want to prepare food there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ok, and the shower was powerful, but there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The property has been cheaply furnished, the sofa was uncomfortable, one of the dining chairs was broken, and you could feel the springs through the mattress in the first floor rear bedroom. A horrible smell was coming from the next door neighbour's bins, so unpleasant that we didn't use the front entrance during our stay. I appreciate that this isn't the fault of the owner. The garden is just stones and weeds, with a storage chest which appeared to have a bag of garden waste in it, no garden furniture. I have spoken to Signature Stays, who have assured me that all issues have now been addressed.

Very good comms; problem with initial property that couldn’t be fixed in time was well sorted out by offer of an equivalent place & offer to pay for some taxi journeys. Dealing so well with a problem speaks highly of the letting agency. Super house, nice & clean - just what our group needed. Worth noting being forced to pay a £350 damages deposit outside the AirBnB site during the more detailed pre-check-in process; that felt a little uncomfortable. Am writing this otherwise glowing review 1 day after check-out in anticipation of it being returned promptly.

Property as described and good value for money.

A nice straightforward check in and check out process for the property. I stayed there around the days for my wedding, and it was really convenient for getting to my wedding venue. The price was reasonable for the area, and there's decent parking included in the price
