Great stay overall. The property was clean, well presented, and as described. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in was straightforward. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, the house was not completely cleaned inside and outside the house, there was a lot of garbage from previous guests (we informed the host about this and he took care of it). Our deposit was taken without the host informing us about it and only when we asked were we told that an extra final cleaning lasting two hours was needed. I just want to emphasize that we have never had similar problems with the team that lived in this house. We did not like that the host did not inform us about this fact that extra cleaning was needed and only when we noticed that our deposit had been deducted from our card we asked the host what happened. It also took from March 18th until yesterday (March 25th) after we had to contact them several times on Airbnb chat, before they informed us that they were charging us £40 for extra cleaning. We will never book again with this company.
