About this place
This house is in immaculate condition, and consists of a large fitted kitchen/diner, with built-in cooker and oven. There is also a cosy lounge, and all rooms come with flat screen TV’s.
One of the bedrooms has it’s own private en-suite, and there are two other bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor.
Externally, there is a private drive way for parking, plus front and back gardens....

Lovely house with 3 floors. Ground floor has 2 beds, Jack & Jill bathroom, separate toilet and sink, and utility room. First floor has kitchen/diner, lounge and separate toilet & sink. Second floor has 3 beds, 1 with en-suite, and a family bathroom. There's a huge TV in the lounge and 1 more in the rear ground floor bedroom. The house is right by the bus stop to get the 101 into the city centre and the metro is nearby. The location was perfect for what we needed and comfortably fit the 5 of us with 1 bedroom each. Leroy was very communicative and it was lovely of him to personally welcome us. The house has obviously been recently decorated but some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired. There's plenty of room for 1 car on the drive and we had no issues parking the other in front of the house. Thank you so much, Leroy, for a stay that fitted our needs perfectly.

We needed a 5 bed base while we attended an event in Birmingham. We needed to eat and spend some time working, this had all the space we needed to do everything we wanted, so, perfect for us.
