We are contractor and was with full team and had a chance to rent this place. We all like this place that book again for the next week of us coming again same area. Nice clean with gd furniture and internet. Very quiet surroundings which we needed the most. Host is very nice to talk to and helpful as well .

Basic but excellent in what it provides! This is a useful and immaculate property if you are stopping for a short stay to visit the NEC or working nearby. The furnishings maybe a little sparse, perhaps, bordering on austere (for instance, there is only seating for 3 in the lounge and the TV is not connected to the antenna, rather only to the internet) but what was there was in outstanding condition and the property was immaculate throughout. Due to the inconsiderate parking of neighbours (NOT the hosts' fault - how can they control that?!) we found getting on and off the drive with a larger car is a bit of a challenge. The host is outstanding in his communication, even when he himself was away on holiday. Absolutely no issues there. Recommend this for professionals, certainly! Or if you simply need beds for the night. Good value for this. Thank you Alan and your team: we will likely try and book again for next years' Exposition at the NEC, all things being well! :)
