It's a very good location for Edgbaston and very quiet at night. The house has all the facilities promised but needs some TLC. The same is true of the back garden, which isn't well maintained, and the little garden furniture there was was dirty so we weren't able to use it.

Nice property

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s while visiting Birmingham for a family wedding. We were a group of 7, and the home comfortably accommodated everyone with plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent very close to the city centre but far enough away from the busy bustle to enjoy a quieter stay. The coach station was only about a 10 minutes drive away, and there were many restaurants nearby, including plenty of halal dining options. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was kind, friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Birmingham is an older, vibrant, and busy city and this property truly felt like a home away from home. It was peaceful and welcoming while still being close enough to easily get around and explore. We were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend it to others. We would definitely stay at any of Sophie’s listings again and look forward to returning in the future!
