Such a great place..it’s going to be a regular of mine

Very clean apartment, in a great place especially if you are wanting somewhere close to Utilitia Arena (about 5 min walk)

This apartment was a good spot. Nice & spacious and beautiful terrace with a great view. Samay was a good host and had great communication skills. Check in was easy & flexible as we wanted to arrive a little earlier than planned. Unfortunately there was some issues with the apartment. The shower head in the bathroom kept sliding down which was a nuisance. The bed was dipped on one side which made an uncomfortable sleep & we also found hair on the sheets. There was a lot of dust build up in the corners and surfaces. The kitchen counters were streaky and sticky as well as the fridge not having a freezer which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. There were some squashed bugs on the ceiling also which was unpleasant. The apartment had been cleaned before arrival but the smell of bleach upon entering wasn’t nice. We were also told that the second part of the balcony was out of use which we also wasn’t told prior which was a shame. Overall it was a nice place but not sure we’ll be back.

What a wonderful find this AirBNB was. Samay was a great host, communication from the point of booking to picking the keys up was responsive, clear and helpful. Then complex was easy to find, with the added benefit of onsite parking. The apartment itself was fantastic, very clean, and well presented. The terrace was so much bigger than we anticipated, and gave great views of the canal basin and the outer city. I imagine its lovely sat out there in late spring and summer. We'll definitely look to book this apartment again when staying over in Birmingham we couldnt recommend Samay enough as a host.

VERY clean big space nice kitchen very responsive hosts

The host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and they were always quick to help when needed.
