Absolutely beautiful space. Clean, new interior, plush, trendy, spacious, comfortable, and lovely social areas. It accommodated my friends and me after a lovely afternoon/evening celebrating my 40th birthday in the Jewellery Quarter. Thank you so much, Shazaib, you were so helpful and flexible with our check-in time!

Myself and 7 friends stayed here when attending an event at the NEC. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very near to the Jewellery Quarter train/tram stop so it was easy to get to the NEC. The house is really spacious. Check in was easy and communication brilliant. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed in Birmingham for one night while attending my graduation. Before our stay, I explained to the host that we were dealing with childcare issues. Despite this, he attempted to charge us an additional £57. During the evening, we sat in the living room and briefly pulled out the sofa bed so our little one could sleep while the adults remained downstairs. This was mainly because the stairs in the property are extremely steep, which is something families with young children or older guests should consider before booking. The following morning, I received messages from the host accusing me of being dishonest and attempting to apply extra charges for using the sofa bed. He also stated that we had been seen on CCTV, which felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Before check in, the host also required us to sign an additional contract containing a long list of rules and conditions, including the possibility of deductions ranging from £100 to £500. Guests were expected

The house was spotless and had so much space for us to relax! Shazaib was extremely helpful and responsive.

Great location close to Birmingham city centre with lots of bars and restaurants on the door step. Shazaib was super helpful and as my booking was very much last minute due to a mistake in hotel bookings he was very responsive and accommodating also recommending a local place to eat. The property is in exceptional condition and is spotless top to bottom, warm and very cost. It is tucked down a side street which is a dead end and so you don't have any traffic passing during the night or early morning. I would highly recommend booking.
