We had a great stay here. Excellent location and quiet considering it’s close to the city. Apartment has everything needed for a stay. Loved sitting out on the balcony…great views. Very responsive hosts.

This place appeared ideal from the photos but the reality was so bad that we left after an hour and booked a hotel. The rooms were covered in thick dust everywhere - shelves, skirting boards, cupboards. The bathroom sealant was essentially just mould. The carpet and sofa were very heavily stained with the carpet torn up in the kitchen area, making a trip hazard. Blinds were either damaged or torn down, with a coffee or blood stain on one. The matching crockery and cutlery was non-existent (very much not as the photos) and only 3 mugs. Little bits of rubbish were left on the carpet, meaning it had not been vacuumed. The kitchen table was all smeared. There were hairs around the place, including the baths. It is hard to understand how the management company let it get to this level. No garage key fob so someone else had to let us in, and the replacement given didn’t work when we left. Overall a disgusting place Airbnb looked into it and gave me a full refund so thanks to them

Great location

The property was not as advertised as the photos - and Air BnB photos should be updated to reflect the current state of the flat. The carpets had permanent stains, walls had scuffs and markings, and the bathrooms mould along the sealants, all suggestive that the flat has not been deep cleaned regularly and needs repainting. We did not want to walk around the flat bare-foot. Some of the blinds fell off the holder upon use. We were only supplied one set of keys, which was challenging as different people wanted to come and go at different times. We asked for a second set of keys - the management company said they'd get in touch with the landlord, however they never got back to us during our 10 day stay. Cannot comment on kitchen as we did not use it during our stay. Toilet, showers, and TV functionally OK. Location good and as described. Key pick-up and drop-off is from a petrol station (10 minute walk) nearby. Unfortunately, and for the price, we would not stay again or recommend.
