Wonderful location for exploring Brum. Great space for a family and friends. Grateful for our time. Would definitely consider booking again!

Originally we were moved out of the property we booked very short notice, however seven stays did communicate my options well and help me through this process. The new house we stayed in was below average. Carpets were very dirty, two rooms were locked and clearly under construction, and many photos did not match especially the garden. However check in was easy, kitchen was spacious, and there were no other problems.

We booked for the intention of a family gathering for Christmas. The faulty oven prevented us cooking Christmas Day lunch. No support available until 27/12/2025, from Sevenstays. Listing on ABNB in November 2025 says 'Luxury accommodation for 6', this is a misrepresentation of the property. In December 2025 the property offered: 4 stained dining chairs, 5 wine glasses, (one cracked), & 2 water glasses. There were no knives, & only 2 serving dishes. Many items missing from the list detailed as equipped kitchen. Safety hazard on driveway and head board not attached to bed frame. Terrible beds. Stained mattresses sunk in middle with springs protruding. Poor quality bed sheets which didn't fit the mattress. Some bedside lamps, didn’t have bulbs, others no wall sockets. Carpets are stained and windowsills need repair. Additional £40 charged for early checkin wasted as not able to prepare lunch as planned. ABNB, representative made good attempts to support.

Enjoyed our stay. Seven Living proactively sorted us out a different property since the original one had an issue that could not be resolved before our check in. Great service and this property was great.

The train station was. 25 min walk away and no WiFi sadly but clean house nice few shops across the road will book again
