A wonderful two night stay with Cait & her calm, sweet natured terrier. I felt very welcome & had some lovely chats with Cait. The bedroom was very spacious, well equipped with a comfy (firm) bed. The private bathroom with bath (and shower over) was a real bonus as was the use of Cait's stylish yet homely kitchen to prepare some meals. I could come & go freely & felt very safe, at ease & peaceful there. Ideal location around the corner from Whitley Bay independent shops & short walk to Monkseaton metro. Cait was very clear in her communication & directions. Thank you for a really great stay!

I had a great stay at Caitlin’s place and would happily recommend it to anyone. Caitlin was so warm and welcoming, and she made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The townhouse is lovely, comfortable, and in a great location, just a short walk from the Metro, which made getting around really easy. I also really appreciated having my own bathroom and being able to use the kitchen for drinks and preparing food whenever I wanted. Thank you, Caitlin, for such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Caitlin’s! She was very relaxed and easy-going and made me feel at home from the beginning. Her dog, Maisie, is so calm and sweet. The house itself is incredibly charming and cosy. It is also spacious, spotless and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location is excellent, very close to the Metro and Morrisons, as well as Whitley Bay town centre and the coast. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in Cait's beautiful home! Cait was welcoming and friendly, we had lovely conversation and she also gave me my own space to come and go as I needed. Cait's house is great, just like the photos, the room is big and comfortable, and very clean. The location is ideal, minutes away from a high street full of cute cafes and shops (there's also a big Morrisons close by) and minutes from stunning Whitley Bay beach. Getting into Newcastle City centre is super quick and easy on the metro too. I had a delightful stay, I stayed for a week and would stay again. Thanks Cait :)
