The house is located on a lovely, quiet road and is only a short bus ride away from the city centre. As for inside the house it was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and gave us some brilliant food recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay with friends for a catch up weekend, lots of configuration options for rooms with plenty of bathrooms/toilets to work for large groups. great space inside and out, located in a quiet residential area and close to local amenities and within food delivery radius.

Our stay was very comfortable. Using this residence as a base, we were able to make day trips to places such as the Cotswolds, Cardiff, and Bath. Since we were traveling with a large group, we inevitably made some noise, and because of that, the neighbors complained about us from day one. In the following days, we refrained from using the wonderful garden, which also has a jacuzzi and barbecue facilities, in order to be quiet. Apart from this quiet rule, the kitchen, bathrooms and rooms were very clean and tidy. I can say that we got value for the price. It was very convenient in the parking lot in front of the door. Unfortunately, the kitchen supplies were a bit worn out, the pots were scratched, and they were not safe to use.

Very convenient for a weekend show at the NEC. Parking for two cars off the road. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Only minor issue was that due to no carpet in most of the house you could hear people walking about throughout the house. Very happy otherwise.

We had a genuinely enjoyable stay at your lovely property, which offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The house is spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making it an ideal setting for a family break. One of the highlights for us was the generous garden, which provided more than enough room for five energetic children to play freely and create wonderful memories together, including an epic water fight with their water guns that they are still talking about. The peaceful surroundings added to the sense of relaxation, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality time as a family. We also truly appreciated your exceptional responsiveness throughout our stay; whenever we needed assistance, your replies were immediate, helpful and reassuring. Your attentiveness made a meaningful difference and contributed greatly to the positive experience we had. Overall, we left with happy memories and gratitude for the care you put into hosting.
