All in all, a pleasant stay. As soon as we arrived, we reported the lack of a closet and the two broken drawers of the bedside table, as well as the freezer covered with ice and unusable. The host provided us with hangers, replaced the bedside table and defrosted the freezer. We also asked for extra towels and they were kindly provided. One evening, however, the fire alarm went off because a tenant had burned some oil while cooking. No one was able to communicate with the host, the fire department intervened but since there were no fires they could not deactivate the fire alarm, telling us that since it was private property we had to contact the owner. We were able to contact the owner the next morning and we stayed 12 hours with the loud fire alarm active in the building.

The flat was clean and generally well kept. It was adequately equipped and well suited for up to 2 people. It could probably manage 4 people for a weekend. The shower room was really spacious and could easily accommodate a standard size washbasin. The tiny washbasin made having a wash and shave more of a chore than it should be. Although the window in the shower room had obscure glass, a blind would make it seem more private. The overall experience was positive and Sean communicated well and was very helpful.

The apartment is compact but it has everything you need. Walking distance to city centre and train station. Also paid parking nearby under £5 for 24 hours. Would stay again

The interior is exactly as described however the surroundings are run down. There are no nets at the windows which meant there was no privacy. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the centre so very convenient. The communication from the host is excellent. The map location is slightly off and takes you to a side street.
