House was decorated nicely, very clean. It was in a great location for walking into town. Very good value for money.

Beautiful home, ideal location and host is very communicative

Thoroughly enjoyed myself , the minimalistic approach has a lovely touch to the house , it was beyond our expectations. Phil was a fantastic host , responsive and helpful . Will hopefully be back .

Phil has been a super host for me and my family. He was super detailed about the description of the house and the main appliances, which was super helpful to organise our visit before getting there. The house is lovely, everything is so confortable and well decorated. The house itself its also really confortable with big rooms and Phil has made sure that every person that stays there feels like at home with a lot of details included. The house is very well located, and very convenient to stay either you are visiting Cheltenham or the Costwolds, and the parking is free and very near to the house. We loved to the stay in the house and thanks Phil for making us feel like at home.

We had a great stay at Phil’s place. The house was exactly as described, clean, tidy, and well looked after when we arrived. Everything listed in the description was provided, and Phil was a great host throughout. Whenever we needed anything extra, he responded quickly and dropped it off without any hassle. The location was also really convenient, with the high street around a 20-minute walk away and both Tesco and Lidl within about 10 minutes on foot. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily recommend Phil’s place to anyone visiting the area.
