An excellent stay. Apartment exactly as described. Immaculate. Warm. comfortable. Convenient. We were visiting family. We usually book a caravan but this was much better. We will return.

We stayed here to visit family nearby, the flat was easy to find and access and only a short walk to the beach. It was clean, very tidy and had all the amenities we needed. We had some trouble getting the heating to stay on, but I messaged Andy and he responded promptly, and got it sorted. A lovely and comfortable stay, we’d definitely recommend it and will be happy to stay here again on future family visits.

We had a great experience in Andy's space. It had everything we may have needed for a two night getaway. It was sparkling clean, spacious and really comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was spacious and modern looking. Will recommend further

Honestly if it had more stars I’d give them! It was immaculate, we’ve stayed in dog friendly places before and you can always tell but here you honestly can’t, it was like it was freshly built the day before we came! Had everything we needed and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! First time we’ve stayed in Essex and wanted to stay somewhere longer, thank you Andy! Also great communication such quick responses! Can’t wait to stay again!
