I never usually give out bad reviews however I would STRONGLY avoid booking this Airbnb! We had to call AirBnB customer services & get a full refund as we couldn’t gain access to the property. The keypad was clearly fake, the buttons wouldn’t work. The area is dodgy. As we were trying to get hold of the host we saw a drug deal happen opposite us. It took us 40 minutes to find parking. We had a fee of £50 added onto their own external website AFTER booking. I had to call the host 3 times due to location issues and the keypad not working. They passed me on to multiple other callers and made us wait that long I resulted to AirBnB. I’m convinced Daisy isnt real as both people on the end of the call were men. Please save yourself hassle and book somewhere else! And for the host provide valid documentation before listing a property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Daisy was very responsive even when we needed to contact her late in the evening. The flat is very clean, well furnished just as advertised and was very comfortable! It is a family friendly place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the city centre.

Very accommodating hosts even when one of the heaters was not working they came out straight away with a portable , overall clean pleasant stay in a well furnished apartment in a central location .
