We had a good stay and would recommend this place. The property was as described and previous reviews gave us confidence when booking of things to be aware of. (e.g noise from royal mail) . The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location was great, and the host was friendly and responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. Only complaints were the swarm of flies in the corridor leading to the apartment which was sorted out by opening the window and no washing up liquid available; which the host eventually rectified the following day. Shower is very small and the shower unit can be temperamental.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Scott's place. The house was lovely with a spacious living/dining area, and very comfortable beds. Scott is very friendly and proactive, making our stay even more comfortable. He responded very quickly to the questions and challenges I had during our stay. The environment is very lovely and extremely quiet at night, you can literally hear the sound of a pin drop. The only challenge is the noise from the post office in the morning, but it's not too bad and very subjective; depending on your tolerance for environmental noise in the morning. Asides from that everything was just spot-on! There are also some lovely and quiet parks around, as well as grocery stores, a fuel station, coffee shop, burger king and some local food places including fish and chips. All within a 6-minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place and come here again, should I find myself in Scotland, especially around Fife.

This was our second time to stay in one of Scott's apartments in Cupar while visiting family. It was very convenient, comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the internet which Scott sorted out very quickly. We would be happy to use this apartment again.

the flat was easy to find, right next door to the post office. we were met with a spacious, we'll equipped, modern appartment. the decor looked fairly recent throughout. the flat is exactly as advertised, the pictures are very accurate. There is everything you'll need for your stay. first night we did encounter 2 plumbing issues. I contacted Scott and he was unaware of them. The issues were resolved in 24 hours. Scott also offered, and paid, one nights accommodation as a good will gesture which was completely unexpected, a great host who's devotion to guests safety and comfort during their stay was exceptional and unheard of in my previous experience with AirBnB. I would recommend this accommodation and I will definitely stay again when im in Cupar visiting my son. A great host, good solid communication throughout, lovely fresh and super comfortable beds. Again, i highly recommend 👌
